Someone asked me recently does it bother me that our competition copies everything we do?
My answer was that I know we are doing things right when our competitors are following us. They copy our engineering reports (without the engineer… and without the real data and data driven analysis), they copy our NeveRust® Stem Wall Repair System, they copy our composite interlock crack stitching process, they have tried to find (in vain) to find a solution to copy our heave remediate technology. So far none of it seems to resonate very well with the public as we still are twice a big as all our competitors stacked up.

All of our pics, processes, wording… the whole enchilada! Including our trademark names!
And to boot…. they show case studies of ours trying to take credit for them.
Complete with our employees and even part of our report shown. They even have our testimonials that include our name in them!
I won’t belabor the point. Obviously I am taking action to protect our reputation and our intellectual property. So far we have been unable to even find the culprits behind this. Their phone numbers and emails don’t work. They appear to be out of California. I will definitely keep you posted on anything that I find.

Our website has definitely been another of our successful endeavors, and with our competitors copying just about everything we do, I guess it should not be too surprising that our website is copied lock stock and barrel. Even though like others who have copied the way that our report looks, they have no idea of the thought processes behind these innovations, the thinking of what makes them successful. And of course where we are headed with those thought processes.
