How Foundation Problems Can Impact a Real Estate Transaction

Buying a home is one of the big milestones in life!  A large amount of trust goes into the relationship you have with your valued clients and we are here to help bring peace of mind to Arizona's Homeowners.

There are a few things you can do to help both your clients as well as yourself-

  • Disclose known foundation problems.  Remember the Tuxedo Rule.
  • Should a Foundation Problem be detected in the 10 inspection period, the contract should allow for additional time to complete a Forensic Engineered Analysis.
  • Better yet, call us at the START of your initial 10 day inspection period!
